All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

If the product is not immediately available, the Buyer must pay at least 40% of the total order value upon placement. The remaining 60% must be paid no later than 3 working days before delivery.

Delivery:
Delivery cost is not included in the product price and is calculated separately. Exact cost will be communicated via e-mail or phone.
Delivery Time:
If in stock – within 14 working days
If ordered from the factory or custom-made – up to 60 working days. Additional services (e.g., carrying heavy furniture) are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
Return and Complaints Policy:
Returns are possible within 14 days if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with a receipt.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method only.
Warranty:
Not valid in cases of:- Improper use or maintenance,
- Mechanical damage,
- Commercial use (unless otherwise agreed)Warranty applies only with receipt, product code, and if product is in proper condition.
Customer Privacy:
We collect only essential data for order processing. Personal data is protected and used solely for operational purposes. Customers may request data changes or removal.
Transaction Security:
Card data is transmitted securely using SSL and PKI encryption. ASKONA d.o.o. Ugrinovci does not access your card information.
Refunds:
Refunds are made only to the same card or bank account used for the original payment. Cash refunds are not available.
